Complaints
If delivered items show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately.
However, failure to raise this objection will have no consequences for your legal rights.
RETURNS
How long do I have to return an order?
Generally, jewelry can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Return policy & costs
Returns are only accepted if the jewelry has not been worn and shows no signs of wear. Trying on the item is, of course, excluded. Boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event of a defective product, we will refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you must bear the return shipping costs yourself, and the shipment must be insured.
WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Personalized items, such as those with engravings, are excluded from return and exchange.
