Rings for eternity
At Elisabeth Habig, wedding rings, marriage rings, and partner rings are created as unique pieces, crafted according to your ideas and by hand in our Viennese studio. Whether simple, expressive, or featuring a personal detail: We develop your pair of rings together with you.
Consultations take place in our studio at Spiegelgasse 25, 1010 Vienna, or conveniently via video call. Production takes approximately six weeks, depending on the level of customization.
We work exclusively with recycled precious metals (gold and platinum) as well as tantalum. This results in rings that are responsibly crafted and will accompany you for a lifetime.

The path to your wedding rings
1. Consultation
You can visit us in our studio in Vienna or arrange a video consultation.
Together, we will discuss your ideas and preferences, your budget, and the design options for your pair of rings.
2. Cost estimate
Since every ring is crafted individually and precious metal prices fluctuate daily, the prices shown online are guide values.
Four factors determine the price:
– Material and alloy: The choice of platinum, gold, or tantalum, as well as the fineness (14 or 18kt).
– Gemstones and diamonds: Carat weight as well as the clarity and color of the stones.
– Dimensions of the ring pair: Narrow, simple rings are less expensive, while wide and solid rings cost more.
– Precious metal market price
Once all details have been clarified, you will receive an accurate cost estimate from us based on the current daily precious metal prices. This gives you planning security from the very beginning, with no surprises.
3. Fabrication
Once we have received your deposit, we will handcraft your rings in our workshop.
Production generally takes about six weeks. Depending on the complexity, it may take a little longer or shorter – we will inform you of this in advance.
4. Handover
You can pick up your finished rings at our studio or have them sent to you by insured mail. We will send you photos of the finished rings in advance to ensure that everything meets your expectations.
Materials
Gold (14kt and 18kt): recycled, in all common colors and shades (yellow gold, rose gold, medium gold, Euro white gold, and palladium white gold).
Platinum: recycled.
Tantalum: black rings, crafted by the Haudarin manufacture in Germany. Read more about tantalum here.

Frequently Asked Questions About Wedding Rings
How long does it take to make wedding rings?
As a rule, production takes about six weeks. Simpler models can be completed in as little as one week upon request and in urgent cases. For elaborate designs, for which, for example, suitable stones must be sourced, we require up to three months.
Do I need to make an appointment for a visit?
No, you are also welcome to drop by spontaneously during our opening hours.
If you would like to ensure there are no or only very short waiting times, we ask that you book an appointment.
Can I order wedding rings online or receive a consultation from abroad?
Yes, we also work with couples abroad. You schedule a video call, we discuss your wishes and create a quote. After your deposit, we craft the rings and ship them fully insured.
Is it possible to have wedding rings engraved?
Yes. Names and the wedding date are classic choices; initials, quotes, or an infinity symbol are also possible. The engraving is legible from a width of approximately 2 mm.
Can you trade in old gold?
Yes. We will take a look at everything you find at home, buy it at the daily rate for scrap gold, and deduct that amount from the cost of your rings.
